Membership:
Any fold member of overseer may accept a Wanderer’s presentation of their tasks and accept them as a full member.

Procedure for promoting Wanderers:
Once a Wanderer is ready to present their completed tasks, here is the list of things to be done:
1. Change the member’s rank in game from Wanderer to the fold of his/her/kras choice (guild screen).

2. Remove member from “wanderers: group in the forum admin and add to “explorers” group. (this can only be done by a forum admin)

3. Create announcement in the Happenings section of the forums.

4. Ask member to create wiki account at wiki.explorersguild.org and after doing so, use the “User rights management” page to add them to the Explorer group.

These things don’t have to be done in order. If you don’t have access to do any of these things, let Mordaan or someone know.

Inactivity:
Wanderers generally have a month to complete their tasks before being removed from the list. This is not a strict time frame, but we try to keep the list trim. Upon returning, Wanderers can reapply at any time.

For full members, we generally do an in game pruning periodically, removing members who have been inactive for one year or more.

Former members are always welcome to rejoin without having to be a Wanderer.

Players who return from inactivity with a new character, have the choice of whether to enter as a Wanderer or be accepted as a full member. These are handled on a case by case basis.
